Specialist Firm
We are the only firm of Chartered Surveyors operating on the Czech and Slovak markets specialising in providing property valuation and investment advice. We are specialist valuers and investment consultants. We are not agents or brokers, as we took the decision to focus on areas in which we have proven strengths, experience and expertise.

Our status as a specialist firm means that we are genuinely independent and reduces the scope for conflict of interest. Our only interest is in providing impartial advice to our clients. Discretion and confidentiality are cornerstones on which our professional pracitce is built.
Network of Strategic Partners
In order to better serve our clients, we are part of a network of independent property professionals who can provide a range of complementary services. All our partners share our ethos of providing independent, client-centred advice. Additionally, this network gives us access to a pool of up to date, accurate market information and comparable evidence which is an essential input into the valuation and analysis process.
Bespoke Service/Flexibility
The majority of work undertaken by the firm comprises market and investment valuations, although a number of other related services are also provided on a regular basis in response to particular client requirements. We do not believe in providing a standardised product, but rather in providing a range of bespoke services (clear and focused research, analysis, advice and recommendations) designed to facilitate investment decision making.
Knowledge
Market knowledge is of course critical in arriving at any opinion regarding a property investment proposition. Our experience of and presence on the market for more than a decade mean that the firm has available an extensive network of contacts, including specialists in all major market sectors. The level of market data and information which the firm is able to obtain is such that it is often specifically requested by clients to provide bespoke market studies and research reports.

Our professional staff all have an international background combined with long experience of the Czech and wider CEE regional real estate markets. This ensures that we are able to consider properties not only in the context of the development of local, national and regional markets, but also provide a wider international perspective.
Qualifications & Professional Standards
As qualified Chartered Surveyors, our approach to client relationships is informed by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) rules of conduct and professional ethics, and all work provided by the firm is undertaken within the guidelines and standards prescribed by the RICS which are internationally recognised standards designed to ensure consistently high levels of service and professionalism.
